• The doctor’s chat clinic is open every day of the year from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• The nurse chat is open 24/7. Our nurses can consult a doctor around the clock.
• The paediatrician chat is open on working days from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and at weekends from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can chat with a paediatrician without an appointment.
• The Worry in Mind line is open on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The service helps with both small and big mental health problems.

Chat service provides help for many ailments

Various acute issues that do not require physical examination can be addressed via chat. The chat service can be used for addressing many issues, including:

• Suspected case of COVID-19
• Cold
• Headache
• Stomach troubles

• Inflammation of the eye
• Urinary tract infection
• Diabetes
• Mental health

Via chat, you cannot be prescribed, for example, antibiotics for an inflammation of the ear or sinusitis, sleeping pills or psychopharmaceutical drugs or strong pain medication (drugs affecting the central nervous system).

The Pihlajalinna Health App chat clinic is an affordable alternative to a normal appointment. For example, a chat appointment with a doctor on a weekday costs, after the Kela reimbursement, EUR 35.50. You pay for the service with a credit card. See the price list.

How to download the application and start using it

• Identify yourself with your electronic banking passwords.
• During the first time, you will create yourself a PIN code you will use for your future logins.
• Now you are ready to start your first remote appointment.
