This could involve difficulties finding a balance between work and recovery, symptoms of anxiety, or a sense of having lost touch with your own needs and emotions. Challenges in work life, such as stress, performance demands, and difficulties with setting boundaries, can also be addressed within the framework of psychotherapy. Many seek conversations during life crises, social challenges, or when unresolved experiences from childhood and adolescence resurface in the present.

In my work, I take a holistic view of the person, where work, relationships, and private life are interconnected. I work actively and attentively, focusing on your life situation, your values, and what is important to you. Increased self-awareness strengthens your ability to function better in life’s important contexts, both in relationships, family life, and work life.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I offer family therapy in cases of divorce and other crises that affect the family’s sense of security and daily life, for example, in situations involving addiction. I also meet with individuals who have questions related to identity, sexuality, and relationships.

My theoretical foundation is psychodynamic and solution-focused. I strive to create a safe space where you have the time and room to listen to yourself and explore both your current life situation and past experiences with curiosity and respect. In our conversations, we highlight what is relevant in your daily life and examine how these circumstances affect your well-being and your relationships. The goal is to create a sustainable base for your mental well-being together.
