Psychological support can be beneficial if you are suffering from e.g. mental health issues or if you are going through a crisis in your life. We can also discuss themes such as e.g., wellbeing at work, stress management and sleep difficulties. In my practice I aim to create a safe environment where we can openly reflect upon the things that currently feel most pressing. I also aim to increase my clients’ self-awareness and abilities to identify their own individual resources and strengths.
