Super is ideal for companies and organisations that see occupational health as a strategic investment and not as a statutory obligation. The service package is designed for medium-size and large enterprises that strive to develop their work ability support in the long term and prevent sickness absences by versatile means. For example, Super suits expert organisations, hybrid work teams, individuals subject to a lot of stress at work, and industries where central work ability risks include mental pressure or the functioning of the work community. Super supports organisations to include work ability management more comprehensively at individual, team and supervisor level. The service package is perfect for organisations looking for a strategic and active occupational health partner that aims to improve work ability, improve the employee experience and support employee well-being.
Super includes all the services needed for extensive comprehensive occupational healthcare:
preventive statutory occupational health services
GP- and specialist-level medical care solutions
and physical and psychological well-being services.
The service package includes a designated occupational health team, comprehensive laboratory examinations and imaging studies, such as MRI and ultrasound examinations, endoscopy, and GP-level procedures. The Super service package includes brief therapy, the Mielen huoli mental health line, brief psychotherapy and therapeutic physiotherapy. Employees have access to extensive and, if necessary, long-term work ability support.
As needed, the service package can be supplemented with additional services for individuals and the work community, such as workplace mediation and digital well-being solutions. If you are looking for a lighter but still versatile occupational health solution, please consider our Suosikki service package.
The Occupational Health Care Act stipulates and guides the operations of occupational healthcare and cooperation with the customer company. Employers are obliged to organise statutory preventive occupational health services that support work ability for all employees.
Pihlajalinna’s preventive statutory occupational health agreement fulfils all legal obligations that the employer must comply with. At Pihlajalinna, your company is assisted by a designated occupational health team that knows your company and its personnel. Preventive statutory occupational healthcare includes:
workplace survey and action plan
health assessment
work ability support at different stages of one’s career
work ability evaluation
counselling and guidance
work ability statements.
Preventive statutory services are always defined together with the company in accordance with the workplace’s needs.
