The service package is based on the workplace’s action plan, which is prepared by the company and Pihlajalinna Occupational Health’s specialists. The first step is to conduct a workplace survey to identify the working environment’s health risks and plan the measures to maintain the personnel’s work ability. Health assessments based on exposure factors and legislation are conducted according to the work’s demands with the aim to anticipate potential health challenges in time.
Pihlajalinna’s multidisciplinary team supports employees throughout their career by providing advice, guidance and specialist services.
