My way of working is grounded in empathy, mutuality and it is therapeutically oriented. I take into consideration your unique life situation and by working together, finding ways to solve your challenges. 

I'm a licensed Psychologist I have also completed a training in Integral psychology and I have over 20 years of experience with different body-mind practices (mindfulness, meditation and somatic approaches). During the last years i have focused on longer trainings and my private counselling practice. I have also worked an a well-being consultant in companies.
